The additions and alterations to this Chappaqua home includes expanding and upgrading the outdated kitchen and dining room. Two large roof dormers are being added in order to convert the attic space into a new second floor living space. New windows, doors, roofing, stucco and insulation throughout will update this 1934 cottage for a young modern family.
